Суровщикова-Петипа и М. Муравьева, поочередно гастролировали в Парижской Опере в начале 1860-х годов. Сохранилось много рецензий, зафиксировавших отзывы парижских критиков на их выступления. Автор цитирует и анализирует высказанные мнения и оценки, из которых можно получить представление о танце, индивидуальностях, технической оснащенности этих легендарных балерин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Two Russian dancers, pupils of the St. Petersburg school M. Surovshchikova-Petipa and M. Muravyev, toured the Paris Opera in turn in the early 1860s. Many reviews have been preserved, capturing the reviews of Parisian critics on their performances.
